Description

Circuitrix is an event based on the circuit making with some fun games and quiz. In this event participants will test their knowledge about electronics components. There will be three rounds, the difficulty and excitement will increase with each passing round. Time is the most important aspect of this event.


Task

Day 1: ROUND 1: Solve It & Glow It: 

In this round the contestants have to solve the quiz and complete a LED based circuit with limited components and limited time.

Day 1: ROUND 2:  Pehchan Kaun

  1. Qualifying teams have to identify the resistor of the given circuit and perform some fun task based on that resistor.
  2. Teams have to find all the components of the given circuit.
  3.  Least time taken will be chosen first.

Day 2: ROUND 3: Dhunte Raho:

With the highest level of difficulty, the third round is all about completing the circuit. The participants have to pick a component and find the correct circuit. They have to measure require output of the circuit. The team which complete this round earlier will be the winner.


Rules
  • The participants shall not be allowed to use mobile or other electronic equipment.
  • Replacement of any participant within teams is not allowed after registration.
  • The teams, who selected for the final round, needs to be present on the second day of event.
  • Any type of reading or writing materials will not be allowed in the event room.
  • Team must report on time given to them. Any team misbehave or any type of rule breaking will lead to disqualification.
  • Student should carry the valid college identity cards of their respective institute at the time of reporting.

Judging Criteria
  • Judging will be done by event coordinators.
  • It will be based on the completion of a working circuit by a team.
  • The time will also be a major factor in case the tie occurs in the point system. In case of a tie, rules may change for the successful completion of the event.
